The Oakland Raiders have hired Lane Kiffen, a 31 year old OC from a very successful college football team, and Al Davis (or so it has been said) is going to allow him to choose his own offensive coaching staff.

I love my Padres, but the Raiders were different. The Raiders were more than a team. The Raiders represented something that nothing else could.
